This page describes the methods of managing the personal data of users who consult this website. This is a policy that is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of GDPR 679/2016 to those who interact with the web services of Tecnozeta S.r.l., accessible electronically from the address: https://ofoutdoorkitchens.com/ corresponding to the site’s home page.

This policy is provided only for the Tecnozeta S.r.l. site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

The policy is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data, and in particular the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

The processing operations connected with the web services of this site take place at the servers of Tecnozeta S.r.l. and are handled only by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing, or by any persons entrusted with occasional maintenance operations.

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computing environment.

These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present data on web contacts do not persist for more than three days.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails and contact forms to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal data included in the request forms of Tecnozeta S.r.l. or otherwise indicated in the contacts section.

Failure to provide them may result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested.

METHOD OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed using automated and paper-based tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access, further specified in the Register of Processing Activities.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain access to, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing, as well as the possibility to withdraw consent at any time without prejudicing the lawfulness of the processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Authority as provided for by articles 15 to 22 of GDPR 679/2016, by addressing the relevant request to the Data Controller.
